A COVID-19 Update:

A Notice to all our customers:

 

Our Shop re-opened to customers on Monday 12th April. We would like to reassure you by saying the health and safety of our customers and staff are our priority. We are constantly listening to advice from the government and have changed the way we operate to create a safe experience for all. We are very grateful for your support in this challenging and uncertain time and are happy to receive your feedback.

 

You will see a few differences in our Shop. We have re-designed the interior so we can enforce the social distancing rule as well as a Hand Sanitizer station for customers to use. Due to this rearrangement the number of customers allowed inside our Shop will be limited, with space to wait outisde also. It may take our florists a little bit longer to serve you, however please be patient as they are doing everything they can to help you.

 

We are offering a 'Pay-and-Collect'/Collection Service for orders placed over the phone and on the internet. You order, pay for your flowers, let us know what time you will be coming to collect, and we will have your order ready for you.

 

We have implemented a Contactless Delivery Service where our drivers will leave the flowers on the doorstep and either ring the doorbell, or phone a number provided and will wait at a safe distance for the flowers to be collected. There needs to be no hand-to-hand contact at all and no need to provide a signature on delivery. If, however, the recipient is in isolation or unable to get to the door our driver will leave the flowers in a safe location, or in a specified safe place, and post a card saying where they left them.

 

We offer Funeral flowers which we deliver to undertakers, by a specified time.

 

We hope that the careful way in which we have adapted our business will allow us to serve you in the best way possible.
